recOrder
Made for the Computational Microscopy platform at CZ Biohub
This year, my primary project involved developing an animation to illustrate a novel technology named recOrder, created by the computational microscopy platform at CZ Biohub. recOrder is a collection of advanced label-free imaging methods that utilize phase and polarization to visualize cellular structures without the use of stains. It is an open-source software package that is designed to be used alongside a conventional widefield microscope.

Process
- Researched and understood the principles of recOrder technology.
- Modeled individual components of the microscope using reference images.
- Developed the animation using Blender.
- Tested and refined the animation to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Gathered feedback and made necessary revisions.
